dc.description.abstract | Personnel selection problem is a multi criteria decision-making problem which is very important for businesses and includes multiple evaluation criteria and uncertainty. In this study, fuzzy TOPSIS, Fuzzy Gray relational analysis (GRA), Fuzzy WASPAS and Fuzzy Aras methods are proposed. The criterion weights of the personnel selection problem are determined by using fuzzy SWARA method and group hierarchy is also evaluated. In order to demonstrate the applicability and results of the proposed methodology, the proposed methodology has been applied to the process of selecting a warehouse supervisor for a business is in the production sector. | en_US |
